Critiques
The eye, especially with that black curl that gives it a kind of Egyptian/mystical effect, is very piercing yet soft. This indicates that she could have quite a background behind her. This also suggests that, like many other Ninetales, this one has high sharpness of thought and vision. That is, you can't hide anything from this pokemon. Since she seems to have an owner, and obviously does not mind wearing the collar, I'd imagine she would be quite helpful to her owner for this reason. The softness in her eyes hints that she could be quite caring.
The freeness of her hair and main is well represented and drawn in this picture (very convincing around the collar), in addition to her tails drawn in correct proportions and in a way that makes them look quite soft. The legs are also in good proportion, in addition to having a convincing and needed hardness to them that balances the softness of the hair, mane, and tails. The same goes for the back and snout. On the latter, it is drawn in just the right length, and the blackness of the nose, in proportion to its place with the black around the eye and the black collar, flows quite smoothly and adds a nice contrast and balance (in terms of color). The shoulder was also well drawn in proportion to the neck (I know this is not easy to do).
A comment is that the pose itself seems a bit stiff. It does not look like she is trying too hard to display herself, but she does look unable to relax for some reason, or holding back something. The collar additionally looks like it is a bit tight.
On a practical level, I gave originality three stars since there isn't that much being done differently in this pic as opposed to other representations.
All and all, you have a very cute pokemon here that has a strong visual foundation. Again, all I would suggest is to soften the pose a bit.
