Tada!! I actually like this a lot. It isn't flawless, but HEY, it looks pretty.

Hmmm... I think the front legs are what messes it up...
Meh, just cover them up with your hand and pretend well drawn legs are there and it'll look much better. XD

I'm planning out a Pokemon comic to do in the future (don't ask when exactly it's going to happen because I don't know) and this is one of the Pokemon in my team.

She's a shiny Rapidash that I have in my Pearl version.
She dosen't have a nickname in my game, but I'm going to think of one for the comic.

Nicknaming Pokemon in my games isn't really for me, but it makes sense in a comic setting.

(EDIT: I came up with a name for her!! Cavalry)

I tell you what, those flames with three layers of color were a pain to make. XP

Oh, and yeah, I know that the placing of the fire on her isn't identical to the way they do it in the cartoon or the game. That's on purpose. It gives her originality. XD

Anywho, I really hope you like it!!

EDIT: Yeah, I do want to point out that it is correct that shiny Rapidash have more grayish flames in the video games. I always thought they were kind of grayish-blue. Honestly I was really conflicted, but I went ahead with the bluer color scheme.
Don't worry though. This is only my first time drawing her. I can always tweak and update her later. But personally, I like the blue better than the gray. More colorful.

Right then! This is my very first critique so feel honored! XD

The legs are amazing, I can never draw horse legs and the joints on them so very well done there,
The flames are cool *w* I just want to touch them!
Maybe you could have used the blur tool just to slightly blur the blues together to make it look a little better but we all have our own styles of art!

The nose again is beautiful (I'm rubbish at drawing horse heads/noses) and the shadows on shiny rapidash are cool :3
Very well done ShadObabe! Keep up on your awesome art work! Both in photo shop and sketches ^^
